About the Author
Born in Delhi, Monika spent nearly two decades teaching in Chandigarh before moving to Vadodara. A storyteller and lifelong learner, she is guided by curiosity and compassion. Through her writing, she explores faith, emotions, and the quiet strength within everyday life. Swing Route Home grew from her wish to encourage therapy in India and to gently acknowledge how our early wounds shape the way we relate, love, and heal.
